Welcome to Taurline. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.


1. Made-to-Order Production

All Taurline products are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this bespoke process:

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless the item is proven to be faulty or damaged upon arrival.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and care instructions before purchasing.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items – Eligibility for Return

We only accept return requests if the product is faulty, defective, or damaged.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the fault or damage.

  • Evidence must include images of the product and the packaging, where applicable.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed (unless the fault prevents you from checking this).

If evidence is not provided within the 7-day window, we cannot process a return or refund.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing chosen

  • Incorrect colour or design chosen

  • Fit, style, or preference issues

  • Ordering errors

  • Any issue not related to a manufacturing fault

If an item matches the product description and is free from defects, it is not eligible for return or refund.


4. Order Cancellations & Amendments

Orders enter processing immediately after they are placed.
For this reason:

  • Orders cannot be amended, modified, or cancelled once submitted.

This includes changes to size, colour, item selection, design, shipping address, or payment details.
Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.


5. Return Process & Shipping Costs

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If the returned item is found to be free from defects, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.


6. Refund Approval

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the returned item does not show a fault or damage, the return will be rejected.


7. Limitation of Liability

Taurline is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper handling, washing, or wear

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers

  • Orders lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier

  • Customer mistakes made during the order process

Our liability for any approved claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel:

  • The customer is responsible for paying any reshipping costs

  • Refunds will not be issued for items that are not faulty


9. Consumer Rights Notice

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If local laws provide additional protections, those rights will remain in effect.
